ABOUT C & F

When C & F, Inc. started its business in 1987 their primary focus was on home additions and remodeling. In 1989 they ventured into new home construction and now offer town homes and single family homes in various new subdivisions located in Lancaster, York and Lebanon Counties.

C & F, Inc. is a member of the B.I.A and the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. In addition, they are also a member of a Residential Warranty Company of Pennsylvania which enrolls new home buyers into a twelve year State Warranty Program.

 

PERSONAL BIOS

Brothers Fabio and Chris Pini started business together in 1987. Both are graduates of Lancaster Catholic High School. Fabio is a graduate of Millersville University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Chris also attended Millersville University majoring in Industrial Arts. Their passion for new home construction has enabled them to have a hands on approach with all aspects of the building process from design and stake-out through unlimited custom features. They have constructed between 60 and 80 homes on average per year and have had numerous entries in the Parade of Homes earning them many awards.
