Plan & Build

If you’re ready to move ahead, the design phase begins. We spend time getting to know you and your family, hearing your vision and concerns, and formulating a design and aesthetic decisions for every home in the house.

Enjoy Your Home

We get to work, and in 3-6 months, your home is complete and move-in ready – and you’re making lasting memories with friends and family.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we frequently have floor plans or homes under construction that can be customized. The level of customization can vary based on the location and specifics of each development. Get in touch to learn more!

While more relaxed than gated communities, our developments may still have an HOA with  fees and guidelines to ensure community standards and cohesiveness. If you have questions, just ask!

While we can point you to some good lenders in our areas, we generally require that you secure a mortgage or financing on your own.

We usually offer model homes for tours, or help you visit one of our completed homes, in developments in which we’ve built. This can help you get a sense for the community’s style and quality.

This can vary by location, but our development homes for sale generally take one of two routes:

  • Homes are built-to-spec within the community. You can pick your model home and customize it to your liking, using C&F as your builder.
  • Homes are built and completely finished, and available for sale.
